in Spain. This role combines empathy and conflict resolution within the fields of Spanish labor law and tax compliance.

This is not just a role — You will be the backbone of our operational excellence, ensuring that our people are managed with absolute transparency and care.

&##128273; Key Responsibilities

&##128640; Strategic Labor Advisory Act as the go-to expert for complex labor inquiries (contract types, dismissals, bonuses, and sanctions). Prepare documentation for labor inspections and manage conciliation processes (SMAC).

&##128188; End-to-End Payroll Excellence Execute multi-agreement ( multiconvenio ) payroll runs, including extra payments, arrears, and settlements ( finiquitos ). Master the application of different collective agreements, salary tables, and regulatory updates.

&##129309; Public Administration & Tax Sync Seamless management of the

Sistema RED

(hires/terminations),

Delt@/SILTRA

(IT/AT parts), and

Contrat@. Calculate precise IRPF withholdings for seamless coordination with our tax and accounting departments.

Requirements Hard Skills Degree in Labor Relations, HR, or Law. A Master’s in Labor Law Consultancy is highly valued. Expert proficiency in payroll software Advanced Excel

(for cost reporting and data reconciliation) Deep, up-to-date knowledge of the

Spanish Labor Reform

Experience ~3 to 5 years

in a similar role ~ Desirable consultancy or business advisory environment ~ Handling multiple clients.
