Join our core tech team and help build the scalable, robust backend systems that power our next-generation AI platform.This role offers significant influence from day one, working closely with the CTO and technical leadership.What You'll Do:You will be involved across the full product lifecycle, from conception to deployment. Key responsibilities include:Design and build scalable backend services and APIs for our AI platform.Improve system performance, focusing on networking, latency, and memory management.Define and implement multicloud architecture.Develop monitoring, logging, and observability systems.Build integration layers for CRM, ERP, and other enterprise systems.Manage CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure deployments.Collaborate with leadership on end-to-end backend architecture.What We're Looking For:5+ years of backend development experience.Strong programming skills in Python.Proven experience with microservices and RESTful APIs.Experience integrating with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, etc.).Comfortable with NoSQL and SQL databases.Clear and effective communication skills.
