Role Description We are seeking a full-time

International Property Consultant

to join our team, working in a hybrid format. This role is dedicated to supporting our

Italy Department , managing client relationships and property transactions within the Italian market. As part of our international team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, guiding customers through the process of buying, selling, and renting properties across Milan.

Key Responsibilities Manage and develop client relationships with a high level of professionalism Schedule and coordinate property viewings and client appointments Assist clients throughout the buying, selling, and rental process Negotiate offers and support deal closings Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads Work independently while collaborating with an international team

Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities Proven sales experience is a plus Ability to work independently and in a team environment Proficiency in English and Italian is required
