About the Role

We are looking for a Spain-based Assistant Buyer, Fashion Stylist, or Fashion Designer who is currently working in the fashion industry and would like to take on an additional part-time opportunity.

This role is ideal for someone already employed in fashion (retail, buying, styling, or design) who wants to contribute their expertise to help shape collections for an international brand.

Our main team is based in India, and we’re seeking someone in Spain who can provide real-time market insights, retail observations, and trend direction to help us build strong monthly launches tailored to global audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Forecast fashion trends relevant to the Spanish and broader European market

Curate and help develop 50–60 commercially viable styles per month

Provide guidance on silhouettes, fabrics, colors, prints, and finishing details

Share insights from Spanish retail (Zara, Mango, Bershka, Massimo Dutti, etc.)

Identify emerging trends, micro-trends, and consumer behavior shifts

Review upcoming collections and provide market-aligned feedback before launch

Act as our Spain market expert and fashion reference point

Currently working as:

Assistant Buyer / Buyer

Fashion Stylist

Fashion Designer

Trend Forecaster

Strong understanding of the Spanish fashion market and European trends

Commercial mindset — able to translate trends into sellable styles

Strong visual sense and trend research skills

Organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable working remotely
