Role Overview:
The
Revenue Systems Go-To-Market Engineer
will be the primary builder of our outbound revenue engine, answering the fundamental question: "How do we reach our market at scale without manual friction?" This is a mid-level execution role responsible for building, integrating, and optimizing the technical infrastructure that connects market data to sales execution. You will ensure our outbound campaigns are automated, hyper-personalized, and instantly routed to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Tech Stack Integration:
Build and maintain the "data pipes" between our waterfall enrichment providers (e.g., Clay, Apollo), our CRM (HubSpot), and our sales engagement platforms (Lemlist).
Data Hygiene & Enrichment:
Automate the cleaning and standardization of lead data at scale (e.g., standardizing job titles, stripping legal entities like "LTD" from company names) to ensure a 90%+ data completeness score and flawless email personalization.
Workflow Automation:
Build and manage automated lead routing and enrollment rules in HubSpot to eliminate "lead decay," ensuring our strict 12-hour contact SLAs are met.
Campaign Engineering:
Set up multi-touch outbound sequences, utilizing advanced fallback logic and liquid syntax to make automated emails look and feel like 1:1 peer outreach.
A/B Testing & Analytics:
Partner with the sales team to configure split tests for subject lines, copy, and timing, tracking deliverability and technical performance across campaigns.
System Troubleshooting:
Proactively monitor API limits, sync errors, and integration health to prevent data bottlenecks or broken tags from reaching high-value targets.
Skills & Experience Required:
Hands-on administrative experience with modern CRM architecture (HubSpot preferred) and advanced data enrichment tools (Clay, Apollo, or similar).
Solid understanding of Revenue Operations. You know how data architecture, lead routing, and CRM hygiene directly impact pipeline velocity and closed-won revenue.
Proficiency in building HubSpot workflows, custom data formatting rules, and utilizing Liquid Syntax for dynamic email content.
Capability in managing sales engagement platforms (Lemlist, Outreach, Salesloft) to manage large-scale sending limits and domain reputation.
Ability to translate the strategic "Who/What" identified by Market Analysts into the technical "How" for flawless Sales execution.
A proactive problem-solver who prefers to build a system that fixes a data error 10,000 times automatically rather than fixing it manually once
