Job Description: CMDB Management: Create, update, and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) for CSU Torrejón to support CAOC TJ operations. Configuration Documentation: Maintain high-accuracy technical documentation, including complex network diagrams and physical rack layouts. Asset Control: Manage and control the lifecycle of mobile phone lines and hardware terminals for the unit. Software Compliance: Act as the primary Software Licence Manager, ensuring all software assets are properly tracked and remain compliant with vendor agreements. ITIL Alignment: Ensure all asset and configuration activities follow the standardised ITIL service transition framework.
