Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager

(Multi-Region Property Management Companies, Villa Online Travel Agencies & Concierge Companies | Full-Cycle Sales + Early Account Management)

We are looking for a Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager to lead our highest-priority partner segment, focused on Multi-Region Property Management Companies, Villa Online Travel Agencies, and Concierge Companies.

This is a high-impact role for someone who can own the full commercial cycle end to end, from strategic outbound prospecting and consultative discovery to pilot design, negotiation, closing, onboarding handoff, and early-stage account development.

You will work on our most strategic and complex opportunities, especially multi-region property managers, villa-focused online travel agencies, and premium concierge businesses. This role requires strong commercial ownership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders across operations, partnerships, guest experience, and executive leadership.

**Strategic Business Development

Identify, prioritize, and engage high-value partner accounts across Multi-Region Property Management Companies, Villa Online Travel Agencies, and Concierge Companies. Lead discovery calls to understand each partner’s business model, geographic footprint, operational pain points, current supplier setup, and commercial potential. Manage objections, negotiations, proposals, and contract conversations with confidence and structure. Identify expansion opportunities across destinations, offices, brands, or service lines. CRM, Forecasting & Commercial Discipline

Maintain excellent CRM hygiene in HubSpot. 4+ years of experience in strategic sales, partnerships, business development, or account management. ~ Proven experience owning full-cycle B2B sales processes with complex mid-market or enterprise accounts. ~ Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, both written and spoken.

Strong consultative selling skills and confidence engaging senior stakeholders. ~ Experience in hospitality, travel, luxury services, marketplaces, SaaS, or premium service environments is highly valued. ~ High level of autonomy, structure, and commercial judgment. ~ You convert qualified opportunities into pilots and signed partnerships. You bring commercial rigor while maintaining a premium, relationship-led approach.  Competitive compensation package with fixed salary and performance-based variable.
