A globally recognized luxury and sports car manufacturer is seeking a Brand Ambassador to deliver an exceptional customer journey to its exclusive clientele. Deliver a premium, personalized customer experience via phone and email. Provide product guidance, service support, and technical assistance with confidence and professionalism. Act as a trusted brand representative, ensuring each interaction meets the highest standards. Native or bilingual Austrian German (mandatory). Advanced English (minimum B2). remote within Spain available). Strong affinity for luxury automotive and performance brands. Excellent communication skills with a polished and professional approach. Permanent contract from day one. Monday to Friday schedule, rotating shifts between 08:00 and 20:00. Option to work remotely from anywhere in Spain (equipment provided).
