Join our
Global Accounts team
and help shape transformative solutions. We’re looking for someone who can turn complex challenges into actionable, scalable proposals, working hand-in-hand with delivery and sales teams to ensure feasibility and impact.
Main tasks and accountabilities will be:
Spot opportunities and ideate innovative, scalable solutions that deliver measurable value.
Design end-to-end digital architectures across
Cloud, Data, etc
, and enterprise platforms, selecting the best delivery model for each case.
Craft compelling narratives that showcase the business impact of your solutions.
Translate customer needs into clear, robust technical proposals (RFPs, SOWs, architectures, estimates).
Lead technical workshops, demos, and PoCs with clients and internal teams.
Partner with Sales and Consulting to define solution strategies and guide presales processes.
Contribute to evolving our solution portfolio and drive innovation initiatives.
Ensure seamless technical alignment between presales and delivery teams.
What do we expect from you?
3–6 years of experience in presales, solution architecture, innovation, product development, or technical consulting.
Background in IT consulting (not product-only companies).
Strong technical foundation in
software engineering, R&D, emerging tech, cloud
, or similar.
Ability to translate tech into business value and communicate effectively with stakeholders, especially at
Senior Management level
.
Experience defining technical proposals, architectures, or digital product concepts.
Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working with Sales, Delivery, and Product teams.
Fluent in
English (C1–C2)
;
German
is a plus.
Comfortable with tools like
Excel, PowerPoint, MS Dynamics, Confluence, Jira
.
Willingness to travel occasionally (US, EU, India).

Madrid (hybrid – 1-2 days on site)
