Legal Intern

Purpose of the Role: Develop, practise and gain experience in a wide range of legal matters, including contentious and non-contentious work, with a focus on intellectual property law.

Key responsibilities: Draft prelitigation letters to infringers Active follow up on reported infringements and violations of the company’s IPR Keep track of upcoming deadlines Maintenance and control of disputes database Assisting with the preparation of litigation files Legal research: monitoring trademarks and designs legislation together with national and European case law General assistance on all legal issues and in particular those in connection with the retail business Assist in the drafting and negotiation of a wide range of commercial agreements Liaising with external counsel in multiple jurisdictions Perform administrative duties within the legal department, including document management, organizing meetings, and handling general communication.

Qualifications & Skills: Law Degree High level of English. Overall broad legal knowledge and in particular of the IP field. International experience is a plus. Detail oriented and proactive Organized Willingness, desire to help, flexibility and responsible approach Use of initiative, sources of ideas and innovations Passionate about brands and fashion environment
