Ads Solution Junior Key Account Manager (Chinese – English – Spanish) – Madrid We are looking for a trilingual Junior Key Account Manager for Ads Solutions to join our team in Madrid. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital advertising, have an analytical and results-oriented mindset, and be able to build strong relationships with international clients. Drive revenue growth in the European market by providing effective advertising solutions and operational support to key clients. Understand clients' business objectives and translate them into data-driven advertising strategies. Support the launch, optimisation and scaling of campaigns within our Ads platform. Analyse campaign performance and generate insights to improve efficiency and results. Collaborate with product and operations teams at HQ to improve functionality, platform usage and customer experience. Previous experience in digital advertising (agencies, DSPs, performance marketing or publisher-side). Solid knowledge of the advertising ecosystem and platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc. Analytical mindset and ability to convert data into optimisation strategies. Familiarity with AI or automation tools applied to marketing or data analysis (highly valued). Knowledge of the advertising ecosystem in the EU and network of contacts (desirable). Fluent English required; Chinese or additional European languages are a big advantage.
