We are looking for a

Communications Specialist

who is passionate about storytelling, digital transformation, and employee engagement. You will play a key role in shaping and executing communication and engagement strategies across a variety of digital products, AI initiatives, and capability‑building programs.

Your Role — What You’ll Do Develop and execute internal communication plans for digital products, AI initiatives, and transformation programs. Create compelling marketing and communications materials (presentations, articles, newsletters, videos, user guides, intranet content). Design and deliver engagement and adoption strategies for new technologies, tools, and processes. Create awareness campaigns, activation materials, training announcements, and user‑centric content. Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities, events, webinars, and training sessions. Serve as a communications advisor, guiding teams on messaging, channels, tone, and audience impact. Analyze trends, user insights, and digital analytics to refine communication and engagement strategies. Track impact and produce reporting on communications performance, engagement levels, and adoption progress.

Your Skills & Experience Must‑have Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Spanish) are a plus. Demonstrated experience in internal communications, digital marketing, or corporate communications. Ability to create engaging content across multiple formats and channels. Experience coordinating engagement activities, events, or communication campaigns. Analytical mindset to interpret user insights, adoption data, and feedback. Ability to work with global and cross-functional teams in a virtual environment.
