SetoPay SL is a fast-growing Payment Service Provider (PSP)
headquartered in Marbella, Spain, delivering
online payment processing, gateway solutions, and compliance support
to international merchants. We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive
to join our onsite commercial team. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and onboarding new merchants to SetoPay’s online payment processing solutions.
The ideal candidate has prior experience in
sales within fintech, payments, acquiring, or merchant services
, is comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, proposal, and closing.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular sales reports.
Proven experience in
B2B sales
, ideally within
payments, PSP, acquiring, fintech, or financial services
.
Fluent in
English (additional languages are a strong advantage).
Comfortable working full-time onsite in a structured office environment.
Familiarity with online payments, chargebacks, risk, or compliance processes is a plus.
Full-time onsite position in Marbella.
Competitive base salary plus performance-based commission (based on experience).
