This is a full-time on-site role for a Listing Agent based in La Zenia. The Listing Agent will be responsible for managing property listings, conducting property evaluations, coordinating valuations, meeting with Vendors, and negotiating listing agreements. Providing exceptional customer service and staying informed about the local property market will be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

Experience in real estate listing management, property evaluations, and client service Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple tasks, such as scheduling and coordinating property showings Familiarity with regional property market trends and regulations Proficiency in office software, CRM systems, and online property listing platforms Attention to detail and organizational skills Valid driver's license and access to transportation Proficiency in Spanish and English (additional language skills are a plus)
