We’re looking for an experienced Product Designer to help us improve and evolve a product used daily by millions, both on the customer-facing platform and on the internal tools that power our operations. This isn’t a greenfield startup playground. It’s a 10-year-old product with real constraints, real scale, and real business impact. We need someone who designs with pragmatism, clarity, and speed.

What You’ll Be Doing Design and improve experiences across our

front office (customer website)

and

back office (internal tools) Optimize key user journeys with a strong focus on usability, performance, and clarity Turn complex operational needs into simple, effective interfaces Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Data teams to ship fast and iterate often Use research, data, and AI tools to make better decisions and move faster … and plenty of exciting side quests along the way! ✨

What We’re Looking For 3–4+ years of experience in Product Design A strong portfolio is mandatory : show us shipped products, your thinking process, constraints, and impact Strong expertise in Figma Experience designing complex systems (e-commerce, SaaS, marketplaces, internal tools) Ability to deliver pragmatic solutions that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints Comfortable using AI tools to explore ideas, prototype faster, analyze feedback, or improve workflows Clear communication skills Strong self-management: while the scope is wide, we trust you to prioritize and organize your work as you see fit. However, remember that it’s dangerous to go alone, our supportive team will always be here to help! Fluent English French is a plus Diplomas don’t matter.
