Are you highly organized, proactive, and passionate about creating structure in a fast-growing environment? We’re looking for an experienced
Office & Operations Manager
to take ownership of our office operations while supporting key administrative and finance processes that keep the company running smoothly.
This is a high-visibility role where you’ll work closely with leadership and play a key role in building efficient internal processes as the company grows.
What you’ll do:
• Oversee daily office operations and facilities to ensure a smooth and professional workplace
• Coordinate vendors, suppliers, and service providers
• Support HR with onboarding logistics and workplace coordination
• Manage office budgets and track operational expenses
• Assist Finance with
invoicing, basic accounting follow-up, and documentation management
• Improve internal administrative processes and ensure strong organization
• Support leadership with operational coordination and administrative planning
What we’re looking for:
• 3–5+ years in Office Management, Operations, or Administration
• Experience supporting
finance or accounting processes (invoicing, expense tracking, documentation)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Detail-oriented with a structured mindset
• Professional English and Spanish
