We are currently seeking a
Flemish-speaking Remote Inside Sales Representative
to join our elite automotive team. This is a
100% remote position
, but for legal and operational reasons,
you must be currently based in Spain
and hold a valid NIE/TIE and Social Security number.
The Role: Drive the Future of Premium Automotive Sales
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the voice of a world-renowned premium automotive brand for the Belgian market. You aren’t just making calls; you are managing a high-end customer journey, ensuring that prospective buyers receive a seamless, luxury experience from their first point of interest to the final offer.
Your core responsibilities will include:
High-Touch Lead Management:
Conducting structured follow-up calls with prospective customers in Flanders who have expressed interest in specific vehicle models.
Brand Ambassadorship:
Representing a premium brand with the highest levels of professionalism, courtesy, and linguistic precision in Flemish.
Consultative Selling:
Reinforcing brand value while identifying and addressing customer hesitations regarding pricing, specifications, or financing options.
Data Accuracy & Insights:
Collecting key market insights during interactions and providing structured, high-quality reports to retailer sales teams to help close deals.
Relationship Continuity:
Managing the end-to-end follow-up process with the same prospects to build trust and ensure a consistent point of contact.
Quality Excellence:
Ensuring every interaction meets rigorous quality standards and reflects the "premium" positioning of the client.
Your Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:
Language Mastery:
Fluency in
Flemish
(Belgian Dutch) and a high professional level of
English
.
Residency:
You must be a
current resident of Spain
.
Education:
High School Diploma is required; a degree in Business, Communications, or Automotive Studies is a strong plus.
Sales Savvy:
Previous experience in sales or customer service, ideally within the luxury or automotive sectors.
Executive Communication:
The ability to communicate confidently and persuasively with high-end clientele, understanding the cultural nuances of the Flemish market.
Analytical Mindset:
Comfortable following detailed call scripts while being able to pivot based on the customer’s needs and submitting detailed written reports.
Industry Passion:
A genuine interest in the automotive industry and the shift toward future mobility.

Stable Contract:

Base Salary:
€21,376 gross per year.
Performance Bonus:
