Nae is divided into three business units: Technology, Business and Deals&Strategy. In
Technology , we advise the technology areas of the main telecommunications operators, companies with complex digital infrastructures and services, to drive them in the transformation and deployment of new technologies that enhance their business. In
Business
we develop high-impact strategies for telecommunications operators, helping them to achieve operational and customer excellence, and in
Deals&Strategy
we provide a differential competitive advantage in the design and implementation of business strategies and support in corporate operations.
Our Business unit is made up of a dynamic team whose goal is to remain the best experts in the field of consulting for our customers.
Therefore, we are looking to expand e our team with the incorporation of a B2B especialist consultant
with experience of at least 7 years.
Requirements:
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in the telecommunications sector, preferably in B2B areas of operators or in specialized consultancy in Telco.
Proven experience in projects related to B2B services: portfolio design, operational models, sales and post-sales processes, digitalization, or customer experience.
Previous experience in marketing, product development, or channel transformation in Telco environments will be valued.

Responsibilities
Analyze the market and trends in Telco B2B services (connectivity, IT, cloud, security, IoT, unified communications, etc.).
Support the definition of new service lines and value propositions aimed at operators with a focus on the business segment.
Participate in the design and execution of proposals and consulting projects with clients in the Telco sector.
Identify growth opportunities in key accounts through a holistic view of the B2B business.
Collaborate with sales, delivery, and marketing teams in positioning the solutions.
Interact directly with B2B areas of operators (marketing, sales, operations, technology, customer service, etc.).
Provide vision and experience in commercial transformation projects, designing new service models, implementing digital solutions, and/or automating processes.
Qualifications/Knowledge
B2B service portfolio (fixed and mobile connectivity, SD-WAN, cloud, security, IoT, etc.).
Models of attention and support for companies.
Technological and market trends in the enterprise Telco sector.
Commercial and operational processes in the B2B segment.
Analytical capacity and structuring of high-impact proposals.
Fluent English (minimum C1).
