Vista Investments is a vertically integrated hospitality platform. We own, develop and operate our hotels — maintaining full control across the lifecycle of our assets.

Our structure is built around execution, alignment and long-term value creation. As we continue to scale, we are strengthening how we operate as a platform.

We are looking for a senior hotel operations leader to help bring structure, clarity and consistency across our internal operational teams.

This is not a property-level role. This is not a corporate oversight position. This is a cross-functional leadership role focused on improving how we execute as an integrated owner-operator.

The Role Based initially in our Madrid office and working closely with leadership, you will contribute to aligning how our operational teams work, measure performance and execute objectives. You will operate at a platform level, supporting: • Alignment across multiple operational teams • Definition of procedures and working frameworks • Clearer performance expectations • Greater operational consistency Your impact will focus on strengthening execution across the group rather than managing a single property.

Key Areas of Contribution • Support the development of operational procedures and standards • Help align objectives across multiple teams • Contribute to performance tracking and accountability • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and efficiency • Strengthen coordination between operational leadership and support functions You will work closely with senior leadership while maintaining direct exposure to operational realities.

Profile We are looking for an experienced hotel operator with: • Background as GM, Cluster GM or Operations Director • Direct exposure to P&L responsibility • Strong understanding of operational KPIs • A structured mindset • Ability to influence across teams

Fluent English is required.
