Engineer Trainee

We are currently recruiting a couple of AI developers (generative AI focused)

What would you do?

Work closely with Product Owners, Data Analysts, Data Engineers and ML Engineers to design, build, deploy and monitor scalable AI and Generative AI products. Play a key role in the adoption of Generative AI across the business, building solutions based on LLMs, embeddings and RAG to solve real user and operational problems. Engage directly with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into AI systems that are accurate, reliable and practical in production. Monitor and improve model and system performance, apply best practices in Data Science, MLOps and LLMOps, and continuously refine models and prompts to maximize business impact. Stay current with LLM, RAG and GenAI best practices, using new techniques and technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.

Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in Data Science or Applied Machine Learning Strong Python and SQL Experience building and deploying machine learning models Hands-on experience with Generative AI, including: Embeddings Vector search RAG-style architectures NLP or transformer models Familiarity with model evaluation beyond accuracy (ranking, relevance, retrieval quality, etc.

Nice to have: Fluent in english Experience with Snowflake Knowledge of AWS cloud Experience with LLMOps (prompt/version management, monitoring, evaluation frameworks)
