and mission-critical facilities? As a Technical Lead, you will

drive the technical strategy and execution of complex electrical power distribution projects

, primarily for data centers, ensuring resilient, scalable, and high-availability solutions that meet customer expectations while safeguarding quality, cost, schedule, and compliance from design through final acceptance.

Your main responsibilities: Lead the technical scope of the project and act as the single point of contact for all technical matters. Ensure customer technical requirements

a

re met in terms of performance, quality, cost, and schedule. Coordinate a multidisciplinary technical team

composed of engineers and designers. Manage technical risks

and oversee the interface between the project team and the customer. Supervise

design, implementation, testing, and final acceptance of the technical solutions. Lead technical discussions with the customer

and secure approval of the proposed solutions. Coordinate technical implementation activities

with factories and suppliers

through to project completion. Manage subcontracted portions of the project in close collaboration with the procurement team. Contribute to the technical leadership community and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements: Master’s degree in

Electrical Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience leading the technical scope of projects. Minimum of 5 years of experience within the relevant application domain

(electrical power distribution / mission-critical infrastructure). Solid experience in medium- and low-voltage electrical systems. Ability to interpret and apply relevant international technical standards (IEC, IEEE). Knowledge of engineering tools such as ETAP and EPLAN (considered a plus, not mandatory). German: Mandatory – minimum B2 level. English: B2/C1

level required (essential for coordination and communication with international clients and teams).
