We are looking for a

Strategy & Market Analyst (temporary position)

to cover a maternity leave to join our Global Energy Logistics team and play a key role in driving business growth through high-impact market intelligence and strategic analysis.

If you are analytical, commercially minded, and passionate about global energy markets, this is an opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and influence strategic decisions. Your mission will be supporting business growth across Global Energy Logistics by delivering rigorous market insights, competitive intelligence, and strategic analysis that directly inform executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze global oil, chemicals, and gas markets, identifying trends, product shifts, customer dynamics, and competitive activity. Deliver concise strategic briefs and market outlooks for senior leadership and commercial teams. Respond to ad-hoc internal market and product intelligence requests. Manage and enhance market intelligence tools, dashboards, and external data sources. Prepare pipeline status reviews and support CRM reporting for senior management. Contribute to strategic projects, including preparation of executive materials and coordination with external partners. Support the development of Investment Committee documentation for new business opportunities and strategic initiatives. Develop high-quality pitch decks and customer briefing materials.

What We’re Looking For:

Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or STEM fields. Fluent English (mandatory). At least 2 years in Strategy, Business Analysis, or Market Intelligence roles. Strong knowledge of global oil and petrochemical markets. Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, MS Project, or similar analytical tools. Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders. Strong executive presentation and communication skills.
