AI Engineering Leader – Remote (Spain)

Location – Spain (fully remote) Degree in Computer Science (or related field) required

The Company An international fintech powering cross-border payments for global merchants across high-growth markets. The business is scaling its AI capability and investing heavily in automation, intelligence, and next-generation solutions.

What We’re Looking For Strong experience delivering applied ML solutions into production. Hands-on expertise with LLMs and NLP use cases. Advanced Python skills and experience with modern ML frameworks. Solid experience with AWS (GCP is beneficial). Background in microservices architecture and systems integration. Experience integrating third-party AI tools and APIs. Comfortable leading teams and setting technical direction. Payments or fintech experience is advantageous. Strong communication skills in English.
