Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Research Assistant. The Research Assistant will conduct research, analyze data, and provide valuable insights to support organizational decision-making. The role involves collecting and organizing data, preparing detailed reports, and effectively communicating findings with the team. Day-to-day tasks also include leveraging analytical tools, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating on research projects to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct literature reviews, market research, and data collection Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to generate insights Prepare clear and accurate research reports and presentations Assist with surveys, interviews, and other data-gathering methods Maintain research documentation and databases Collaborate with internal teams on ongoing research projects Support administrative tasks related to research activities

Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Data Analysis to interpret research findings and draw meaningful conclusions Exceptional Communication skills, including the ability to present research insights clearly to diverse audiences Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Social Sciences, Business, or a related area Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with research tools or statistical software is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus
