Solution Architect – Data, AI & Automation

to design and deliver scalable data, analytics, AI, and automation solutions for our clients. You’ll combine technical expertise with consulting skills, guiding multidisciplinary teams and engaging directly with clients. We are part of the European tech group adesso SE, with 10,000+ professionals across 60+ cities, while locally we operate as an agile team with autonomy and impact.

Your Mission Design end-to-end architectures for data platforms, AI/ML systems (including LLMs and generative AI), and intelligent automation. Lead technical decisions for cloud, data, AI, and automation solutions. Guide and support Data Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, and Automation Engineers to deliver high-quality solutions. Engage directly with clients, translating business requirements into scalable architectures and roadmaps. Contribute to the growth of our AI & Data practice, sharing knowledge and best practices.

What We’re Looking For 10+ years in Data Engineering, Analytics, AI/ML, or Intelligent Automation. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), modern data tools (Databricks, Spark, Kafka), AI/ML frameworks (LangChain, PyTorch, HuggingFace), and MLOps. Proven experience designing and delivering production-grade data and AI solutions. Strong consulting skills, able to engage clients and influence decisions at technical and executive levels. Experience guiding multidisciplinary teams without formal authority.
