Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Director of Food & Beverage

to lead the culinary and service operations across premium airport lounges in Madrid. This role demands a visionary leader with deep knowledge of the Spanish hospitality market, exceptional operational expertise, and a passion for delivering world-class guest experiences. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership

: Oversee all F&B operations across segmented lounges, ensuring consistency, quality, and innovation. Team Management

: Lead and mentor a diverse team of chefs, service staff, and supervisors to maintain 5-star standards. Vendor & Chef Collaboration

: Work closely with the appointed gastronomic consultant/chef to implement curated menus, presentation styles, and ambience strategies. Operational Excellence

: Manage daily operations including inventory, staffing, hygiene, and compliance with local regulations. Guest Experience

: Ensure exceptional service delivery tailored to different lounge segments (VIP, business, etc.). Budget & Cost Control

: Develop and manage budgets, optimize costs, and drive profitability without compromising quality. Local Market Integration

: Leverage knowledge of Spanish culinary trends and supplier networks to enhance offerings. Event & Banquet Oversight

: Coordinate special events, banquets, and seasonal activations within the lounges.

Candidate Profile Language

: Native or fluent Spanish speaker. Experience

: Minimum 10 years in F&B leadership roles within luxury 5-star hotels or high-end hospitality environments. Background

: Proven track record in both
