leading technology and data projects in the

Financial Crime

domain within the financial sector. A specialist in

data migration and integration

,

Transaction Monitoring (TM)

and the deployment of regulatory controls in highly supervised environments. We are seeking someone with strong end‑to‑end delivery capabilities across complex initiatives: requirements definition, functional and technical design, build, testing, implementation and transition to BAU. You should have extensive experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing dependencies and working with multiple vendors and stakeholders, both technical and business-oriented.

Mandatory Requirements Experience in Financial Crime data migration (screening, TM, KYC, alerts, cases, regulatory reporting). Design and oversight of data mappings, transformations, validations and reconciliations. Implementation and migration of Transaction Monitoring capabilities, including models/scenarios, data ingestion and alert generation. Knowledge of TM platforms and case management tools, as well as operational processes and scenario tuning. Alignment with corporate architectures, data standards, traceability and regulatory controls. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Nice-to-Have Knowledge Experience of bank migrations, separations or large regulatory change programs or large-scale Migration programs.

Languages English: C1 level
