AI Product Lead

to define and drive the strategy of our

Agentic Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) . This role owns the end-to-end AI product vision, shaping how autonomous AI agents collaborate with engineering teams to deliver high-value software at scale. You will design the operating model that enables AI-assisted and semi-autonomous software delivery across complex enterprise environments, including legacy modernization and brownfield integration. This is not about implementing AI tools. This is about redefining how software is built in the AI era. Key Responsibilities 1️⃣ Product Strategy & Vision Define and own the long-term vision and roadmap for the Agentic SDLC. Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, AI capability maturity, and technical feasibility. Establish measurable KPIs across productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and adoption. Drive the evolution from traditional SDLC to AI-assisted and semi-autonomous delivery models. 2️⃣ Executive & Stakeholder Leadership Act as the strategic bridge between Engineering, AI Research, Architecture, and C-level leadership. Translate AI agent outputs and decision logic into clear business language. Lead executive updates, strategic reviews, and AI incident retrospectives. Define governance models for AI-assisted development. 3️⃣ Agentic Operating Model Ownership Design the Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) governance framework. Define how AI agents operate across Inception, Construction, and Production phases. Establish quality gates and approval models for AI-generated artifacts. Ensure cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, DevOps, and Architecture. 4️⃣ Change Management & Adoption Lead organizational transition from manual to AI-assisted engineering. Define enablement, training, and adoption strategies. Ensure teams feel augmented—not replaced—by AI agents. Drive cultural transformation toward AI-native delivery. ✅ Requirements Essential Experience Proven experience leading AI-driven or LLM-powered product initiatives. Strong background in Product Leadership within Agile environments. Experience defining governance frameworks for AI or automation systems. Executive communication experience (C-level exposure required). Deep understanding of Agentic AI concepts (A2A, MCP, prompt engineering, workflow orchestration). Technical Understanding Strong understanding of SDLC and modern software engineering practices. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps environments. Ability to interpret AI-generated outputs and validate decision logic. Experience working closely with engineering and architecture teams. Leadership Traits Strategic thinker with a systems mindset. Confident decision-maker in ambiguous and experimental environments. Resilient and adaptable in fast-evolving AI ecosystems. Clear communicator capable of explaining “why the AI made this decision.”
