Front-End Developer – Madrid, Spain

Athena Systems (Unitedfintech/Athena) is seeking a Front-End Developer to join our team in Madrid. We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals with a "getting-things-done" mindset to reinforce the team on strategic projects with our clients. You’ll be responsible for building modern and efficient interfaces, collaborating with international teams, and contributing to high-performance product development within our .NET environment.What you’ll do:·

Develop modern, efficient, and scalable user interfaces using front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Blazor.·

Build components and application logic using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.·

Work closely with our backend team within the .NET ecosystem to deliver seamless integrations.·

Apply best practices using SVN for version control.·

Participate in UX improvements, feature development, and performance optimization.·

Collaborate with international teams to deliver new features and troubleshoot issues.·

Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and support automated deployment workflows.·

(Optional) Assist with build automation using Jenkins.·

Utilize Docker, with basic knowledge of Kubernetes, to support development and deployment workflows.·

Find innovative ways to leverage AI for the above objectives.What we’re looking for:5+ years of front-end development experience.Strong expertise in at least one modern framework: React, Angular, or Blazor (knowledge of multiple is a plus).Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.Experience working within .NET environments is a plus.·

Familiarity with CI/CD practices, and optional experience with Jenkins.·
