German market

, we are looking for a

Junior Sales Manager

, based in

Spain

, who is motivated to build an international sales career within an industrial environment.

Your Role You will support the sales activities for Germany, working closely with senior sales colleagues and internal teams while gradually taking on more responsibility. Support the development of sales activities in the German market Assist in managing existing customer accounts and identifying new business opportunities Coordinate communication between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth order follow-up Prepare commercial offers, pricing proposals, and sales documentation Support negotiations and customer meetings together with senior team members Conduct market and customer research to identify trends and opportunities Participate in business trips to Germany

What We’re Looking For First experience or strong interest in B2B sales, ideally within the packaging sector Strong communication skills and a natural commercial mindset Fluent German at business level is mandatory; good command of English required (Spanish is a plus) Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn in an international setting Willingness to travel regularly to Germany and occasionally within Europe

What’s On Offer Salary range between €30,000 and €50,000 gross per year, depending on experience Attractive uncapped performance-based incentives The opportunity to grow within a stable and growing European industrial group.
