Finance Performance & AI Enablement Analyst

We're looking for someone who wants to go beyond traditional Finance. This role sits at the intersection of Finance, process optimization, and applied Artificial Intelligence. It is execution-focused and impact-driven: the objective is not theoretical transformation, but delivering tangible productivity, quality, and efficiency improvements across Finance activities. You will play a key role in reshaping how Finance operates — leveraging automation, advanced analytics, and AI to elevate performance to the next level. To enhance Finance performance through:

• A strong culture of innovation and adoption within Finance Finance Process Optimization:

• Identify inefficiencies in closing activities, reporting flows, and data preparation.

• Analyze root causes using data, process mapping, and business judgment.

• Interactive dashboards (Power BI)

• Iterate solutions in close collaboration with Finance teams. Jules Champion – Finance (AI)

• Act as the AI Champion within Finance.

• Animate and support a local network of power users. 2–5 years in Finance, Performance Improvement, Process Optimization, or Analytics. Advanced Excel (mandatory).

• Power BI and Power Automate.

• Basic scripting knowledge (Python is a plus).

• Fluent English and Spanish required.

• Portuguese is a plus. Direct exposure to Finance transformation initiatives.

• Real, hands-on application of AI in business processes.

• Space to experiment, test, and scale ideas.
