Job Summary
The Integrations Executive manages the end‑to‑end onboarding and certification of client partners across API, WLP and Backoffice integrations. This role ensures correct setup, smooth technical implementation, and timely launch of CARNECT content in partner sales channels. Acting as the single point of contact during integration, the Integrations Executive guides partners, coordinates internally, maintains documentation and delivers final certification reports.
The role requires strong comfort with technology (especially the ability to read and understand XML), solid data‑analysis capabilities, and experience working with large data platforms such as Tableau. Previous exposure to tourism, technical optimisation, product, sales or integrations‑focused teams is highly valued. English fluency is essential.
Responsibilities
Lead partner integrations through to final certification, ensuring accuracy, quality and on‑time delivery.
Validate internal and partner setup; monitor testing, timelines and launch readiness.
Produce complete certification reports and maintain accurate Salesforce records.
Act as the single point of contact for partners and internal teams during integration.
Guide partners through onboarding, troubleshooting and best‑practice implementation.
Build trust by providing clear technical guidance throughout the process.
Support Sales during negotiations to determine the optimal integration model.
Collaborate with Operations and Development teams to update API/OTA‑aligned interface documentation.
Coordinate resource needs and ensure alignment between commercial and technical teams.
Monitor test results, integration progress and certification status.
Follow established processes to ensure efficient, consistent and compliant delivery.
Identify risks early and drive resolution to maintain launch quality.
Ensure accurate documentation and consistent use of tools (Salesforce, Confluence, etc.).
Contribute to continuous improvement of integration processes and documentation standards.
Skillset and Experience Required
Comfortable with technology and able to read and understand simple programming structures (XML strongly preferred).
Strong data‑analysis skills, including the ability to interpret outputs from big data platforms such as Tableau or similar.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Customer‑focused with strong communication skills and a solution‑oriented mindset.
Highly organised, diligent and able to prioritise effectively.
Proactive, autonomous and a strong team player.
Understanding of Web APIs, XML, SQL and SOAP.
Experience with Salesforce and Confluence desirable.
Experience in the travel, tourism, car rental or tour operator industry preferred.
Previous experience in integrations, technical optimisation, or product/technical sales roles is beneficial.
Candidates with product or sales backgrounds may also be a strong fit if they bring strong technical acumen.
Proven customer‑facing experience and ability to support technical onboarding processes.
