&##ServiceNow (Incident, Problem, Change, SLM and Knowledge Management processes) IT endpoint knowledge and endpoint support (applicable on production lines) Line-side IT devices (printers, scanners, MRTs) SLA-focused operations and quality of delivery practices

&##Work Schedule: 1st Shift 6:30 am till 2:30 pm; 2nd Shift 11:00 am till 7:00 pm; On-call support for out of hours issues; Extended shifts or weekend support as per customer expectations
