Required skills:

• Catalog management at standard, advanced, and ultra levels ( updated every 3 month ) • Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint ( Client presentation ) • Basic experience with Ariba • Forecasting for around 35+ thousand users with devices reaching end of life in the next ninety days, including pre planning and PO creation • Handling existing device end of life • Onboarding of new users ( Asset Management ) • Managing a 2-3% buffer at each site • Device refresh activities ( EMEA + Globally ) • Dell quotations, delivery, and inventory management in CMDB • Deployment activities • Laptop termination, return, and disposal
