Brand Associate

You rarely get the chance to change an entire industry. We're looking for a highly ambitious Founder Associate to join our core team and drive every part of our company forward.

At CULTZYME, we are speeding biomanufacturing with real intelligence turning opaque biological processes into programmable, controllable systems.

We look for people who take ownership, move fast, think from first principles, and materially improve performance.

This is not a support role. This is a high-agency, high-impact position at the intersection of strategy, finance, and operations. You will be the right hand to the CEO, a strategic partner, and a force multiplier for the entire company.

What You'll Own Your work will be dynamic, complex, and critical to our success. You will own high-stakes projects from start to finish. Strategic & Financial Operations: You will own our financial model, using it as a strategic tool to drive decisions and prepare us for fundraising. You will analyze new markets, model business cases, and design automated systems that transform raw operational data into real-time decision insights. Business & Corporate Development: You will act as the bridge between our deep-tech platform and the commercial world. You will support founder-led sales, engage with key partners, and help structure deals that accelerate our growth. Special Projects & Scalable Systems: You will take ownership of the company’s most critical cross-functional challenges. From fundraising preparation to internal tooling and operational bottlenecks, you will design systems that increase clarity, speed, and accountability as we scale.

Minimum Requirements We are looking for a unique blend of analytical horsepower, strategic thinking, and relentless drive. You have 2+ years of experience in a high-performance environment like a fast-growing startup, venture capital, or top-tier strategy consulting. You are fluent in the language of finance. You can build a complex financial model from scratch and defend it under pressure. You are a bilingual thinker, equally comfortable discussing the intricacies of a technical roadmap and a go-to-market strategy. You have a proven track record of taking extreme ownership and delivering results in an autonomous, ambiguous, and fast-paced environment. Proven ability to design and deploy AI-powered automation systems that materially improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
