PROPOSALS ENGINEER
for our Málaga office. As a highly valued member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our new objectives. About the role:
The
PROPOSALS ENGINEER
will be responsible for ensuring and overseeing viable and effective technical-economical projects of Leak Detection Services and condition assessment, in alignment with customers' expectations/tender specifications.
You will be part of a team led by the company’s Head of Global Operations and work in close collaboration with Business Development department involved in tendering processes as well as other business models and delivery methods.
Responsibilities:

To manage technical-economical bids for projects in the field of Leak Detection Services, State Auditing of conservation of pipelines (condition assessment), and water recovery projects.
⮚
Support technical interlocution with clients to facilitate the sales process and achieve the targets.
⮚
Analysis of the specifications and technical, financial and legal requirements provided by clients.
⮚
Compiling technical documents related to the requirements established in the Tender Documents Phase.
⮚
Carrying out feasibility studies and inspection plans for both water supply and renovation associated with the project.
⮚
Cost calculation (CapEX-OpEX)
⮚
Visits to hydraulic facilities to identify and assess the viability and complexity of the projects when needed.
⮚
Processing of the proposal documents for public and/or private tenders, ensuring the quality and accuracy of the information. Monitoring of the proposals presented.
What we are looking for:
The candidate will have a strong background in engineering and have:
⮚ A BS, BSc or BA Degree in a relevant field (civil, Industrial, chemical, environmental, water engineering, agricultural engineer or similar sciences degrees).
⮚
Master´s Degree in Hydraulics
⮚ 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
⮚ Recommended one year's experience related to water networks or piping systems.
⮚ Knowledge of designing, hydraulic network modelling and/or in digital transformation in the water sector is highly desirable.
⮚ Excellent written and spoken English are a must.
⮚ Ability to write engineering reports.
⮚ Software:
Office 365, GIS. CAD, Project planning, Hydraulic modelling
⮚ Skills:
Team player.

Methodical with strong analytical skills
