Job Description
Educational Group seeks Generalist Human Resources Associate to support the comprehensive management of Human Resources processes, ensuring the correct selection, development, evaluation, and retention of talent, aligning people policies with the value
Main Functions
Talent Acquisition
Complete management of selection processes (publishing job offers, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with managers).
Participation in selection processes for teaching and non-teaching staff.
Preparation of candidate reports and monitoring of the onboarding process..
HR Administration
Drafting and managing employment contracts, registrations, terminations, and modifications.
Support in managing labor relations in accordance with current regulations.
Coordination with external consultants and official bodies when necessary..
Performance Management
Design, implementation, and monitoring of performance evaluation systems.
Analysis of results and proposal of individual improvement and development plans.
Support for managers and supervisors in evaluation processes.
Labor Relations
Help manage employee relations issues and workplace conflicts
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies
Support disciplinary actions and workplace investigations
Advise managers on employee conduct and performance matters
Requirements
Academic Background
Degree in Law, Labor Relations, Human Resources, or similar.
Master's degree in People Management or Human Resources is a plus.
Experience
• Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in a similar generalist HR role.
• Previous experience in educational environments or organizations with a high diversity of profiles is desirable.
Required knowledge
• Current labor legislation.
• Selection and interview techniques.
• Performance evaluation systems.
