Clinical Scientist – Remote (Spain) Are you ready to take your clinical research career to the next level? We’re seeking a Clinical Scientist to join a dynamic, innovative biotech team working on cutting-edge Neurotrophin therapies in Neurology and Ophthalmology. This is a remote role based in Spain with opportunities to contribute to high-impact studies, collaborate internationally, and grow your expertise in drug development.What You’ll Do:Support clinical trials from protocol development to data review and reportingPrepare and review trial documents (protocols, CRFs, IBs, CSRs)Conduct literature reviews and contribute scientific insights to studiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Clinical Operations, Safety, and Medical MonitorsAssist in the creation of scientific communications: abstracts, posters, and internal presentationsEnsure compliance with GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory standardsTravel ~20% to sites, investigator meetings, and scientific conferencesWho You Are:MSc, PhD, MD, or PharmD in life sciences, biomedical sciences, pharmacology, or related field1–4 years’ experience in clinical research (pharma, biotech, CRO, or academia)Strong understanding of clinical trial design and methodologyExcellent scientific writing, analytical, and presentation skillsCurious, collaborative, and eager to grow in clinical developmentIdeally aligned to Neurology or Ophthalmology, though strong candidates from other life sciences backgrounds are welcomeWhy This Role?Work remotely from anywhere in SpainContribute to innovative therapies in a fast-growing biotech environmentCompetitive salary + bonus, plus home allowance and benefitsGain exposure to global clinical operations and cross-functional collaborationIf you’re passionate about clinical research and ready to make an impact in Neurology & Ophthalmology, we want to hear from you!
