Senior Stock & Logistics Specialist

Our client is a rapidly growing luxury watch and jewelry brand that combines Swiss precision with captivating design. Focused on creating wearable works of art, the brand aims to offer an unforgettable experience to its global clientele.

They are currently seeking a Senior Stock, Export & Operations Specialist in Palma de Mallorca to be responsible for the comprehensive management of the warehouse, store logistics operations, and export activities.

The selected candidate will ensure proper control, organization, receiving, sorting, cataloging, and system entry of products, guaranteeing optimal stock availability and contributing to operational efficiency and customer experience. In addition, the role will oversee export processes, international shipments, and compliance with customs regulations.

Main responsibilities: Efficient organization of all storage areas (product and packaging). Receiving, sorting, labeling, and cataloging merchandise. Entering products into the system and updating inventory. Managing national and international shipments and tracking deliveries. Preparing and overseeing export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, etc.). Ensuring compliance with customs and international trade regulations. Quick and accurate preparation and replenishment of store stock. Monitoring daily inventory levels and supporting export forecasting. Compliance with internal procedures and audit guidelines.

Desirable qualifications: - Experience in the same sector. - Professional fluency in other languages is a plus.

Required experience: 3 to 7 years of experience in stock and warehouse management, preferably in retail and luxury sector. Experience in export management and international logistics. Experience in inventory control and warehouse administration. Strong financial and risk awareness, including stock valuation, cost control, audit readiness and safeguarding of high-value assets. Proven experience in international logistics management, including carrier negotiation, reverse logistics, customs compliance and VAT/duties oversight.

Required languages: Spanish: Native. English: Fluent/expert. Knowledge of other languages will be highly valued.
