Python / Go Sr. Engineer

Q-tech is colaborating with a fast-growing international SaaS company that is opening a new engineering hub in Barcelona and is looking for a Senior Software Engineer.

This is a backend-focused role with high ownership and real impact, working on Identity & Access Management, APIs and integrations for a platform used by some of the most demanding customers in the private capital space.

We are seeking experienced Python or Go developers who would like to move over to Ruby on Rails.

What you’ll work on End-to-end ownership of backend initiatives High-performance APIs, integrations and access control systems Security, permissions and data privacy at scale Close collaboration with Product & Design in small, autonomous teams

Tech stack Ruby on Rails · PostgreSQL · Redis · AWS · Kubernetes (Some TypeScript & React exposure, but backend is the core focus)
