From NSF Human Resources, we are looking for a CTO position for our client DARMA in Barcelona Barcelona · On-site / Hybrid · Full-time

Who we are Darma.ai is building the context-aware scheduling agent: an AI-native system that understands why something needs to happen, not just when. We are a pre-revenue startup with a working product, at the critical phase of turning technology into real market value.

What we expect from you We’re looking for the technical leader who closes the gap between “works” and “wins.” You will be a technical co‑architect/co‑founder: a key voice in product, hiring and strategy. You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with the CEO and COO.

Key responsibilities (4 priorities) Launch and optimize the product in market: turn a prototype into a reliable experience that generates user signals. Design and scale the architecture with intent: avoid unnecessary technical debt and enable rapid evolution post‑PMF. Build the engineering team (first senior hires): set the bar, culture and rituals. Own the technical narrative with investors, partners and the market.

Non-negotiable requirements Built an AI/ML product from 0→1 with direct involvement. Hired and managed engineers before. Recent hands-on technical ability: review code, debug and contribute actively. Experience in pre‑PMF startups. Based in or committed to relocate to Barcelona (physical presence required).
