Position:
CRM Marketing manager
My client is a well-established international education group operating in more than 40 markets worldwide.
As part of its global marketing transformation, the company is strengthening its data-driven capabilities and investing in CRM and lifecycle excellence across Europe and Asia.
They are looking for a strategic and hands-on CRM Marketing Manager to drive customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value across multiple international markets.
CRM & Lifecycle Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy to improve conversion, retention, and revenue growth across key markets.
~ Multi-Channel Campaign Management
: Design, implement, and optimize automated campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and messaging platforms.
~ Segmentation & Personalization
: Leverage customer data to build advanced segmentation models and deliver highly personalized communication strategies.
~ Automation & CRM Optimization:
Optimize workflows and automation within HubSpot, ensuring seamless integration with marketing and sales systems.
~ Coach and support local marketing teams (Europe & Asia) in adopting CRM best practices and driving commercial performance (LTV / CAC).
CRM Expertise
: 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle or email marketing with proven impact on retention and revenue.
~ Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
~ Fluent English is mandatory.
