LIMS CONSULTANT

English fluency is required as part of this role.

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

✍️ 5 years

of experience as a LIMS Consultant

(LabVantage) Strong proficiency with

Java

for backend development. Experience with

Apache Groovy

scripting. Solid knowledge of

Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)

, especially

LabVantage

. Familiarity with

Oracle databases

and version control tools such as Git. Proven experience with

LIMS configuration, customization, and integration

. Advanced proficiency in

English

(written and spoken). Spanish is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Background in

biotech or pharma

environments.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Develop and maintain robust LIMS solutions using

LabVantage

. Customize and parameterize LIMS workflows according to client requirements. Design, optimize, and maintain database structures to ensure data integrity and performance. Collaborate with laboratory teams and developers to deliver tailored solutions. Participate in

legacy project enhancements and migrations

. Implement

new functionalities and integrations

within LIMS. Stay current with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in

laboratory informatics
