to centralize governance, security, and operational control of our global social media ecosystem across brands and markets.

This is a functional, tech-enabled role focused on

account ownership, access management, compliance, platform administration, and brand protection

— enabling marketing teams to activate campaigns safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do Global Account Governance Maintain a secure, centralized inventory of all brand and campaign accounts Create, reclaim, merge, migrate, verify, publish/unpublish and close accounts Claim unauthorized handles and assert ownership rights Standardize naming conventions and social URL strategy Access & Compliance Manage user access, permissions and credential security Apply age gating (18+), legal messaging and social safeguards Handle verification requests and domain verification Ensure compliance with brand and regulatory standards Brand Protection & AI Enablement Support AI-driven initiatives (image recognition, web scraping, brand detection) Identify and address copyright infringement or misuse Convert unofficial or personal accounts into official brand channels Platform & Marketing Enablement Generate API tokens and manage integrations Connect cross-platform ecosystems (e.g., Instagram–Facebook linking) Enable marketing teams to launch and manage campaign-based channels

What We’re Looking For Strong knowledge of platform back-end environments and admin tools Experience with access control, verification processes and digital compliance Highly structured, detail-oriented and process-driven Comfortable working across global, multi-brand environments
