Are you a performance marketer who thrives on scaling high-converting campaigns across Google Ads platforms? Wcs India is looking for a Google Ads Specialist to manage our top-tier client accounts and lead results-driven advertising strategies.

Your Mission

Strategically manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns with budgets up to $100,000/month across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.

Build and refine full-funnel ad strategies focused on conversions, lead generation, or app installs.

Conduct A/B testing on creatives, headlines, extensions, landing pages, and bidding strategies.

Collaborate with designers, developers, and analytics teams to deliver cohesive, high-ROI campaigns.

Generate insights and weekly performance reports using GA4, Google Ads Dashboard, and Looker Studio.

✅ REQUIREMENTS

5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads with budgets $20K/month or more.

Deep knowledge of keyword research, campaign segmentation, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.

Experienced in conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and offline conversion imports.

Strong analytical skills: can translate data into clear actions that boost ROI.

Self-driven, highly organized, and performance-obsessed.
