We have built a unique membrane factory in the world, where we manufacture our units that provide a solution to the problem of hydrogen transport.

Mission:
As a
Business Development Manager,
you will drive the commercial expansion of H2SITE by identifying new opportunities within the industrial and industrial gases sectors. You will focus on opening markets, engaging potential customers, and positioning our hydrogen separation solutions as a key technology for efficiency, safety, and decarbonization.

Functions:
Develop and execute a sales strategy to introduce hydrogen separation solutions to industrial customers.
Conduct systematic prospecting across sectors such as industrial gases, chemicals, refining, energy, and manufacturing.
Map organizations and identify key decision-makers to accelerate commercial cycles.
Present technical solutions clearly, highlighting operational, economic, and sustainability benefits.
Work closely with engineering teams to understand product capabilities and tailor proposals to customer needs.
Manage the commercial pipeline, prepare offers, and support negotiations alongside senior team members.
Represent H2SITE at industry events, trade fairs, and client meetings across Europe.
Gather market intelligence on customer needs, competitors, and sector trends to refine commercial strategy.
What you’ll need to succeed:
Technical background (engineering or similar) or strong experience selling complex technical solutions.
3–5 years of experience
in sales or business development within industrial environments.
Experience in
industrial gases
or related sectors.
Ability to understand technical products and translate them into customer value.
A
proactive, driven, and curious
mindset, comfortable working in dynamic and fast‑moving environments.
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
Willingness to travel across Europe.
Fluency in Spanish and English; additional European languages are a plus.
Desirable:
Strong understanding of hydrogen separation technology or similar industrial equipment is a plus.
