Role Overview
You will contribute across the full optical design lifecycle, from requirements definition to design, tolerancing, and opto-mechanical integration using Ansys Zemax. The role also involves developing test setups, supporting AIT/AIV activities, and collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design and optimise optical systems using Ansys Zemax.
Define requirements and contribute to system architecture and tolerancing.
Develop and implement test setups for AIT/AIV phases.
Perform alignment, calibration, validation, and image quality testing.
Analyse results, verify compliance with requirements, and report findings.
Collaborate with mechanical, thermal, and electro-optical teams.
