We’re looking for a

Dutch-speaking Customer Experience Specialist

to join the team in Barcelona. You will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media, addressing delivery issues, product questions, refunds, and payment matters. Proficient or bilingual level of Dutch (C2) Advanced level of

English (B2/C1) Minimum 1 year of experience

in Customer Service or Sales (preferably in a luxury brand) Strong customer care skills with the ability to listen and understand customer needs

Full-time permanent contract (39 hours/week) Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 Performance bonus:
