Graduate Analyst Immediate Start

In Nido & Livensa Living we provide studen accomodation and flex living, having around 32 facilities between Spain and Portugal. As well, we are opening new markets in Italy and Germany We are looking for a Sustainability Analyst to support the implementation of Nido Living’s ESG strategy across its European student accommodation portfolio.

The role will focus on sustainability data management, reporting and operational support for key ESG initiatives, including the deployment of the company’s ESG data platform, sustainability reporting and the development of asset-level sustainability action plans across the portfolio.

This position is offered as a

fixed-term contract

and will work closely with Sustainability, Operations, Facilities, Portfolio Management and external consultants.

Key Responsibilities

ESG Data & Platforms Support the implementation and management of the company’s ESG data platform. Collect, validate, consolidate and analyse ESG data across the portfolio. Ensure consistency and traceability of sustainability data for reporting and audit purposes. Coordinate with asset teams and facilities managers to improve quality and data collection processes.

Sustainability Reporting Manage ESG data collection, validation and reporting through the company’s ESG data platform. Maintain and improve ESG datasets and data management processes. Support the gap analysis process against frameworks such as GRESB, and CSRD/ESRS. Prepare internal analysis and dashboards to support decision-making.

Asset-level ESG Performance Support the monitoring of sustainability performance across assets. Assist with the development of sustainability action plans for operational buildings to improve environmental and social performance. Track sustainability-related CapEx initiatives (such as energy efficiency, water reduction, certifications).

Climate & Decarbonisation Support the monitoring of greenhouse gas emissions across the portfolio. Assist with the development and implementation of the company’s decarbonisation roadmap. Prepare analysis on energy consumption, carbon emissions and carbon intensity.

Building Sustainability Certifications Support certification processes for both development projects and operational assets.

Community Impact Contribute to the implementation of the company social commitment strategy, currently under development. Support initiatives that strengthen the company’s relationship with local communities surrounding the assets. Contribute to the development of community engagement initiatives aligned with the sustainability strategy.

Regulatory Monitoring Monitor relevant ESG and environmental regulations affecting the real estate sector. Support the company in adapting to evolving sustainability and reporting requirements.

Cross-functional Coordination Liaise with Operations, Facilities, Portfolio Management and Finance teams to gather ESG information. Support engagement with external advisors and consultants on sustainability initiatives.

Profile Experience 2-5 years of experience in sustainability, ESG, environmental analysis or similar roles. Experience working with ESG data, sustainability metrics or reporting frameworks.
