Production Supervisor – Food Industry We are looking for a

Production Supervisor

who will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising production operations, ensuring the efficient use of human and material resources. The selected candidate will ensure compliance with production plans, quality standards, food safety regulations, occupational risk prevention, and environmental regulations. This role plays a key part in optimizing production processes, leading the team of operators, and driving continuous improvement of production lines within an industrial environment in the food sector.

Main Responsibilities • Supervise and ensure compliance with the production plan by optimizing work methods and systems. • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality, food safety, and environmental standards. • Coordinate and lead the team of production operators, promoting their training and development. • Manage sampling plans and monitor the production process. • Ensure proper CIP cleaning procedures are followed in the facilities. • Prepare and review production documentation and reports, ensuring full process traceability. • Identify maintenance needs and opportunities for improvement in equipment and production lines. • Participate in continuous improvement and process optimization projects. • Collaborate in the commissioning of new investments in machinery and infrastructure. • Be part of the HACCP team and the Food Defense team. • Coordinate with Quality, Logistics, Planning, and Maintenance departments to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Process Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or similar. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position within the industry. • Experience in food industry production facilities (ingredients, flavors, oils, natural colors, etc.). • Technical knowledge of industrial machinery and production lines. • High level of English.
